SUNSET BEACH & SPA RESORT - WATER PARK EXPANSION (2005 PROJECT)
This was an expansion to the existing resort as a need for upgrading the property. It was geographically located between the existing towers and Cabanas on an open greenfield of vegetation. Mr. Foster was responsible for the site administration and provided site as-build and construction documents for LPA International architects on behalf of it's clients Ian Kerr and the Sunset Beach Resorts Group.
